Cookies and browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) are small files that keep the website working, remember your choices and, with your consent, measure usage or load third-party content. This page lists the cookie categories we use.

1. Cookie categories

Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the website to work securely: remembering your language, the anti-automated-submission form token (CSRF/bot), the admin login session, popup dismissal, your cookie choice and article/popup view counters (aggregate totals only, no IP or identifier stored). The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service is used on forms. Cannot be turned off.

Functional (only with your consent)

Loads embedded third-party content such as Google Maps, YouTube videos, externally hosted documents and live-chat widgets (Zalo). These services may set cookies and collect your IP address.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it; Sentry records technical errors (form content and identifiers filtered out).

Marketing (only with your consent)

Third-party tracking code (e.g. social media pixels) used to measure the reach of our communications.

2. Changing or withdrawing your choice

• Open “Cookie settings” in the footer to switch categories on or off at any time; closing the banner without choosing counts as declining.
• You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. When the policy version changes we ask again.
